Fort Lee Hill

Today I drove down the Fort Lee Hill for the first time in a long time. Excuse my ignorance but what are they doing? Are they widening the road? It seems as though they are taking part of the historical park. Gee, is nothing sacred?

Re: Fort Lee Hill

They're widening it to 4 lanes. See some other threads on the site. The park isn't losing any area because Bergen County is giving the Palisades Interstate Park Commission land that it got from Edgewater. The layout of the park will change, obviously.

Re: Fort Lee Hill

If I never had to go to Fort Lee again in my life, I would be very happy.

Re: Fort Lee Hill
