Coalition for a more better Edgewater?

Personal politics aside, does anyone else think this is horrendous, if not embarrassing. How does something like this not have red squiggles all over it in Microsoft Word? Someone must have ignored the "Paper Clip."

No one is more interested in grammar and punctuation than I, so I hope you will do the same school marm work on the rest of the posts on this board. Start with Mrs. Col.

Really!

I'm no grammarian, either, but shouldn't your first sentence end with a question mark instead of a period?

Sensitive are we? I said personal politics aside because I thought it was a little rediculous (if not insulting) that someone could put out a publication like this without reading it through ONE TIME, and I didn't think it relevant to include the content of what was said, as I do not take issue with it. I also said it because I do not support either side of the political battle in Edgewater enough to work for one; therefore, I respectfully reject your invitation to donate funds. Errors in this letter could be caught by 4th graders. As for grammar on this site, it's not my place to criticize forum posts, only professional letters I get in my mailbox.

On an unrelated note, Knuckledragger, you are correct. I should have put a "?" instead of a ".". Thank you.

Ahem ... "rediculous"?

Sorry, not trying to be a brat, but it's one of my biggest pet peeves!

Sorry in advance, O. I spell it that way all the time too. Some things just never sink in.

Ah well Jim, I *suppose* you're forgiven! The Republican thing overshadows it!

Do I spell *suppose* wrong all the time too? Wouldn't doubt it.

Can't help it. The Democrats forced me to be Republican.

Thanks Grammarian, sometimes these things just get by us. Your edits are done so well, that I would love for you to edit all of our campaign mail. What is your name and address and I will send you the next one to review. Or,how about we meet for coffee and go over it together.

I thrive under the cloak of anonymity. I can do messaging and e-mails if you are open to them.
