Freddy v. Alcoa

Two Daibes entities, North River Mews and 38 COAH, filed a Federal suit against Alcoa at the end of last year. This suit is distinct from the Edgewater v. Waterside matter, which the civil cover sheet omits.

Very generally, they allege Alcoa sold contaminated property without proper disclosure.

In case you're wondering, the borough's suit continues to generate a vast number of documents.

Re: Freddy v. Alcoa

Alcoa filed an answer and counterclaimed against Daibes personally. River Mews amended its complaint; I did not compare it with the original.

Let's see where all this leads to. Hopefully, justice for Edgewater residents.
