This was made from Thanksgiving leftovers, and ingredients in my pantry. It's a family favorite and a hit at Pot lucks. With leftovers, it's a breeze, made from scratch ... it's work. Either way it's a hit and well worth the time. After a holiday meal half the work is done because you usually have the mashed potatoes, and turkey. When I make it from scratch, I usually use chicken rather than turkey. Prep times are from leftovers.

I need a babysitter for weekdays to stay with my son afterschool from 3pm-5:30pm, Monday--Friday, in Edgewater.

He is 11 years old, so very low maintenance and independant, but I don't want him home alone after school. The babysitter just needs to be there (no cooking or cleaning!) and do their homework, watch TV, swim in my pool. When the kids are off for long breaks over holidays, I don't need you.

High school age kids are fine, but I can't pay the "going rate" of $10 per hour. I can pay $250/mo, and any days off from school would be extra cash (tax free!).

Please send me a private message or email me at tcm256@gmail.com

I need a babysitter for weekdays to stay with my son afterschool from 3pm-5:30pm, Monday--Friday, in Edgewater.

He is 11 years old, so very low maintenance and independant, but I don't want him home alone after school. :) The babysitter just needs to be there (no cooking or cleaning!) and do their homework, watch TV, swim in my pool.

Thank you.

Sandwiches: Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style) | Submitted By: COOKINGIRLLJ
If you order a tuna melt in a New Jersey diner, you'll get something very similar to this! My method of topping the tuna salad with cheese FIRST, then tomato and more cheese, keeps the toppings from sliding off the bread.

Meatless Main Dishes: Foreign Devil Fried Rice | Submitted By: ELSPETHFAHEY
My husband is Chinese and I am Western. Between the two of us we came up with this recipe for fried rice that is actually a meal in a bowl. I can do this dish in well under half an hour, and that includes all the chopping. This dish is good for colds, depression, writer's block, stubbed toes, insomnia, heartbreak, religious crises and general crankiness. It can change your life. Yum.
