The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced today that Pro-Pac Distributing Corporation, of Gardena, Calif., has agreed to pay a civil penalty in the amount of $125,000, resolving CPSC staff allegations that Pro-Pac knowingly failed to report to CPSC immediately, as required by federal law, that two different children's hooded sweatshirts it imported and distributed had drawstrings at the neck.

He is 11 years old, so very low maintenance and independant, but I don't want him home alone after school. The babysitter just needs to be there (no cooking or cleaning!) and do their homework, watch TV, swim in my pool. When the kids are off for long breaks over holidays, I don't need you.

High school age kids are fine, but I can't pay the "going rate" of $10 per hour. I can pay $250/mo, and any days off from school would be extra cash (tax free!).
